I discovered Attachment styles in 2015 and immediately identified with the emotional rollercoaster ride of the Anxious Preoccupied style. It all made sense, and it became my new obsession.  I finally  got to figuring out WHAT to do about it so that love could feel relaxed, easeful, secure and actually last.
I've spent the past 8 years successfully coaching other anxiously attached women going through painful breakups and turbulent dating experiences, to heal, rewire and create secure healthy love with a quality partner (that blows all their exes away fyi).
